| It was pointed out in the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that we should promote the formation of green and low-carbon production and lifestyle.Electric energy is an important carrier for the transformation and transmission of green and low-carbon energy.Both the energy supply side and the consumption side put forward higher requirements for the construction of electric power projects.But the project is asked for shorter duration and facing greater risks.Therefore,it is very important to carry out the research on risk management of power transmission and transformation projects in advance to ensure the safe and smooth running of the project.This paper took 220 k V YZ transmission and transformation engineering project as the research object.First,the research content,technical route and research methods of the project risk management were determined by studying the basic concepts and theories of risk management at home and abroad.Then,the risk information of 220 k V YZ transmission and transformation engineering project was collected through a variety of methods including on-site investigation and expert interview.Immediately after that,SWOT analysis method was used to identify the risks of the project in four aspects:safety,technology,environment and economy,and at the same time,the advantages and opportunities of the project were sorted out to provide an important basis for risk response in the next step.For the four aspects of the risks,this paper carried out further analysis and defined sixteen risk factors of the project.Then the risk weight of 220 k V YZ transmission and transformation engineering project was determined by the analytic hierarchy process,and the project risks of all aspects were evaluated by the fuzzy evaluation method.The risk level of the project was rated as general risk at last.But among the four aspects,safety risks belong to higher risk levels,which needs to be paid more attention to in the research and implementation.Finally,the strategies and safeguard measures for various risk factors were proposed combined with the results of risk identification and assessment.Through the research on the risk management of 220 k V YZ transmission and transformation engineering project,the deeper understanding of the power grid enterprisesthe on the risk management theory of the project was realized.The feasibility and practicality of the risk management theory and method in the management of power transmission and transformation projects were verified,which provided a reference for the risk management of similar projects of power grid enterprises. |
