Research On Risk Management Of Technological Renovation Project Ofcentral Air Conditioning Production Line Of H Company

With the rapid development of national economic construction,especially since the 13 th Five-Year Plan,the total production and consumption number of China air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment is increasing day by day.In 2018,The market of China central air-conditioning broke through a new historical record: a 100 billion market,With the huge market growth space,many enterprises have increased their production capacity by carrying out technological transformation of production lines.However,lacking corresponding risk assessments and risk response mechanisms lead to a series of follow-up problems such as technical renovation project delay,quality failure,safety accidents,and failure to reach the design capacity goals.Therefore,how to do a good job in risk management is an important issue facing the vast number of enterprises.Based on the principle of “seeking truth from facts and combining theory with practice”,this paper focuses on the following aspects:Firstly,based on reviewing the current research situation at home and abroad,introduce relevant concepts and theories,search relevant project management information through literature,investigation and case analysis,analyze the existing problems of project risk management.Secondly,risk identification.Combined with H company's technical renovation projectsituation and management problems,identify the risks in different stages of the implementation process,putting forward the possible risk categories and accident risks of technical renovation.Thirdly,risk assessment.Divide the sources of risk in project into different levels and elements,compares the risk factors of the same level horizontally,make comprehensive assessment by calculating the proportion of different risk factors based on the grey system models to realize the evaluation and control of the H's company renovation project which also provide a scientific data of quantitative analysis for the following project in the future.Finally,based on the different weights of risk,the comprehensive evaluation of different risk factors is carried out,and the risk evaluation index system of the technical renovation project of H company's central air-conditioning production line is constructed.Finally,risk prevention countermeasures.Based on the results of risk assessment,measures from the part of construction safety,schedule risk and quality risk should be taken to achieve risk control and elimination.The technical renovation project of central air conditioning production line in H company is a complex project.Only by making scientific risk assessment calculation and targeted measures can reduce the probability of accidents.This paper makes the management of technical renovation project is in a reasonable state by adopting a complete set of risk assessment and control methods,which has a wide range of reference and guiding significance for the technical renovation of related enterprises in the future.
