| Peter Drucker,a contemporary executive,thinks that nowadays the competition among firms is not only about the product but also about the mode of operation.Profit mode,as the last component of operation mode,is responsible for the company’s revenue,the measures that should be adopted,and the long-term strategy goals.In the past few years,it has been paid more attention and attention.Home electrical equipment manufacturing is the key of the country’s stabilization and the life of the people.As the market becomes mature and saturated and the digitized economic develops rapidly,it is very difficult to increase the profit of the conventional home electrical equipment manufacturers.Confronted with the chance and the challenge,it is necessary for domestic electric equipment manufacturers to know their profit pattern accurately.In order to enable enterprises to have a clear understanding of their profit model and actively improve in response to environmental changes,strengthen their strong position in the industry value chain,and enhance product added value through auxiliary activities.On the basis of reviewing and summarizing relevant literature on profit model evaluation,this article takes Haier Zhijia,a traditional leading enterprise in home appliance manufacturing,as an example to analyze its profit model from the four elements of profit model.Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process,an indicator system for evaluating profit model is constructed,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to comprehensively evaluate its profit model.The final research conclusion is as follows:Firstly,Haier Zhijia’s current main profit model still relies on brand and marketing,and has not achieved the transformation of a platform based model.In the long run,Haier Smart Home needs to improve and adjust its existing profit model.Secondly,the four elements of a profit model are interrelated and coordinated.The source and point of profit are the starting points for a company’s profits.To achieve sustained and stable profits,a company needs to take a series of activities,namely profit measures,to enhance its various capabilities.After reaching a certain advantageous position,it is difficult for competitors to imitate and surpass it in a short period of time,forming a profit barrier.Profitability is the most crucial factor in Haier Zhijia’s profit model,and the profit barrier ensures the stability of profits.For the traditional home appliance market that is currently approaching saturation,finding new sources of profit and improving profit measures are the top priority.Haier Zhijia can increase its interconnection cooperation with other mobile platform technology manufacturers,make up for the shortcomings of technology in the short term,and increase the potential customer base of the enterprise;Reduce inventory and improve business turnover speed by increasing sales of customized products;Increase research and development efforts,control sales costs,and replace marketing with technological advantages to enhance the competitiveness of intelligent products. |
