In the context of the rapid development of global digital economy scale,the development of digital economy has become a common understanding of people,but how to innovate the profit model of enterprises through digital transformation to develop digital economy,so that their own enterprises towards the direction of high-quality development? The profit model is the difficult or lacking part of enterprise development.The profit model and its innovation are the key points for enterprises to win victory in survival.Based on the above background,this paper selects Haier intellectuals as the research object,uses the value chain theory,contingency theory and value creation theory as well as the stage-based analysis of Haier’s digital transformation,and explores the profit model innovation process,mechanism and effect of Haier’s digital transformation stage through the case study.It has important practical significance and guiding significance for the enterprise profit model innovation under the digital transformation.The main research content of this paper is divided into four parts.Firstly,the motivation of profit model innovation under the digital transformation of Haier smart home is analyzed;secondly,the value chain reconstruction,the construction of value network and the reconstruction of value network show the evolution path of Haier smart home’s profit model;then,based on the five elements of profit model,the mechanism of profit model innovation under the digital transformation is discussed.Finally,this paper makes a brief analysis on the economic consequences of Haier’s profit model innovation under the digital transformation from financial and non-financial perspectives.In this paper,it is found that the profit model of enterprises constantly evolves with the role of the external dynamic digital environment and the internal organizational changes.In the process of the evolution of profit model,the value creation activities of enterprises have changed,and enterprises have experienced the process of value chain reconstruction,value network construction and value network reconstruction.The change of digital environment promotes the organizational reform of enterprises,which causes the change of enterprise value chain structure,changes the realization of enterprise value,changes the elements of enterprise profit model,and then realizes the innovation of profit model.Research contribution of this paper: Based on the dynamic perspective,this paper studies the profit model innovation of Haier smart home,sorts out the evolution of the profit model at different stages,and enriches the profit model research in the context of digital transformation...
