| The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated global digital development.It is become the general trend that digital transformation economic and development of high quality.A new round of industrial transformation is emerging,and data has become the key factor of production to drive industrial development,affecting all walks of life.Under the background of digital economy,enterprises are developing towards the direction of digitalization and intelligence,and the Internet of everything.The traditional profit model of cheap productivity,supply-oriented and inventory pooling is no longer suitable for the development requirements of enterprises.In order to ensure the sustainable profitability of enterprises,the innovation of enterprise profit model should be adapted to the background of The Times,and the whole value chain should be driven by big data.Throughout China’s home appliance manufacturing enterprises,the product differentiation degree is not obvious,the traditional profit model is relatively unified,if the price war is still carried out,relying on the brand to attract customers,it is difficult for enterprises to obtain competitive advantages and expand the market,therefore,big data reform has become the only choice.MD group as one of China’s largest home appliance manufacturing,for many years among the best in areas such as air conditioners,washing machines,small home appliance,today’s market position from MD group with the reform of the big data that began in 2012,after years of development,to reconstruct the whole value chain,the enterprises set up big data platform,become the typical industry number intellectualization drive company progiess.To explore home appliance manufacturing enterprises’ profit model,this paper chooses MD Group as the object of study,adopts literature review method,case study method and comparative analysis method,and integrates domestic and foreign research results on profit model and big data.The profit model of enterprise is analyzed qualitatively by combining profit object,profit point,profit source,profit leverage and profit barrier.Meanwhile,the financial figures disclosed by the enterprise is quantitatively analyzed to evaluate the quality of the current enterprise profit model,analyze growth of the profit model,sum up enterprise’s merits and weaknesses,and throw out suggestions.This paper holds that,first,the big data reform promotes enterprise chain operation and improves profitability,and the transformation of home appliance manufacturing industry with the help of big data platform is the general trend.Second,MD Group applies big data to t he whole value chain to increase sales revenue,save costs,increase technical advantage,diversify product mix and enhance the market position of the enterprise.Third,the profit model under the big data reform still has shortcomings,inventory and receivables have not been greatly improved,expenses have been greatly increased,etc. |
