Internationally,China is well-known as the world factory because in the most people's lives,the figure of made in China can been seem everywhere.The reason for this is that China has largest scale of manufacturing industry in the world.However,due to historical reasons,most of the industries occupied by China's manufacturing industry are low-end industries among the world industrial chain all the time.Therefore,in 2015,the State Council of China had published?China-made 2025?,aiming to promote the upgrading of manufacturing industry.After that,many of the local governments had mentioned in their reports to combine the "Internet Plus" and the manufacturing industry.As a domestic household appliance manufacturer in China,Haier Group has always been ahead of its competitors in respect of business management.As early as 2012,Haier Group has formulated internally an internet transformation strategy.During the transforming,Haier's "internet plus" profit model had shown many advantages,but in the other hand exposed some problems.This article will base on the five components of the profit mode,together combine the specific measures of Haier's internet transformation,to analyze its "internet plus" profit model.Meanwhile,its financial data of last ten years will be collected in order to determine the effectiveness of the "internet plus" profit model.During the analysis,problems will be summarized,and relevant suggestions will be given.At last,in the context of the manufacturing industry seeking upgrading,we hope to provide some experiences and inspirations through the example of Haier.
