| As a pillar industry of national economy,the construction industry faces the challenge of market competition under the background of supply-side reform.In the new era,construction enterprises need to transform from traditional builders to urban construction comprehensive service operators,actively explore new models of scientific research,design,procurement,construction integration,investment,construction integration and so on,and transform from labor-intensive to management-intensive,technology-intensive and capital-intensive enterprises.At the same time,construction enterprises need to improve the industrial chain and build the service capacity of the whole industrial chain of planning,design,construction,operation management,investment and financing,so as to meet the needs of the transformation of comprehensive service operators in urban construction.More and more attention will be paid to the whole life cycle management of buildings and efforts.Taking Guangxi XJ Construction Company as an example,Firstly,the current strategies of the company are evaluated and analyzed.Then,external information about the company’s environment and competition is collected and analyzed,with the aim of dissecting the external threats and opportunities facing the company.Subsequently,the EFE matrix is utilized to calculate and evaluate the company’s ability to respond to these threats and opportunities.Afterwards,the internal information of the company is summarized and evaluated to identify its internal strengths and weaknesses,with the IFE matrix used to calculate and score the company’s response to these strengths and weaknesses.Based on the above analysis,a suitable transformation strategy for Guangxi XJ Construction Company is identified using the SWOT matrix and QSPM matrix.This paper also clarifies the key points and steps for the company’s transformation,and proposes a development strategy for the PPP model,highlighting important considerations throughout the strategic planning and implementation process.This study can provide some reference for the development and stable transformation of Chinese construction companies,and explore the theoretical system of PPP model research field of Chinese construction enterprises. |
