Based on the literature review and strategic management theory,this paper takes Shenzhen JC company as the research object to explore the practical problems of strategic transformation under the background of industrial upgrading.In order to cope with the dilemma of the current TV power business being eliminated by the industry,JC company wants to completely transform the power industry of electric tools and bring lasting competitiveness to the enterprise.This paper takes this as the background to carry out research,to provide suggestions for JC company to implement business strategic transformation,and to provide reference for corresponding similar enterprises.The main research contents of this paper include:(1)Combined with the macro operating environment of Shenzhen JC company,the paper investigated the current situation and market situation of TV power industry development,fully examined the company's historical accumulation and resource capacity,and matched with the target business to explore the feasibility of strategic transformation of Shenzhen JC company in the context of industrial upgrading.(2)Through the industry five force model,we could understand the current situation and development potential of target business electric tool power industry.At the same time,this paper analyzed the competitive position of JC company through CPM matrix of main competitors,and clarified the cooperation environment for new business development.(3)This paper used SWOT analysis method to clarify the competitive strategic position of the company after its transformation,and to reallocate assets and design a new organizational structure.(4)This paper put forward the business strategic transformation promotion plan and safeguard measures for the target business to be transformed.Through the analysis and research,we can get the following conclusions:(1)In recent years,under the background of the transformation and upgrading of TV power industry,the competitive advantage of JC's TV power business has decreased year by year,so it is inevitable that JC will be eliminated by the industry.For this,JC must carry out business strategic transformation.(2)With the transformation and upgrading of the electric tool industry in the future,the medium and small power charging power supply has a broad development prospect.But JC's current customer resources,brand resources and marketing capabilities can not meet the needs of new business development.(3)At present,JC company should rely on the cost advantage,reduce the sales price and quality assurance,take the domestic small and medium-sized electric tool power supply manufacturers mainly engaged in the production of household electric tools as potential customers,to strive for market share in this field,and establish a competitive strategic position of high cost-effective brand image.(4)In terms of the company's future asset allocation,the company should expand its investment in marketing and designing,and strive to reach cooperation with more well-known domestic and foreign electric tool enterprises to further expand the influence of the brand in the industry;meanwhile,it should adjust the organizational structure and refine the division of labor.(5)It should start from designing,marketing,after-sales and management to make clear the business transformation promotion plan,and use corporate culture construction,employee incentive measures,cost reduction and efficiency increase and other means to ensure the smooth implementation of the transformation.
