With the economic development and the improvement of national living standards,more and more families choose to buy cars.The development of Internet of things technology and the improvement of battery energy density,the change of market and policy,and the rapid innovation of technology also make enterprises face more complex and changeable environment.The passenger car market is about to rise again,and the transformation of automobile manufacturers to new energy is speeding up,which makes it necessary to further promote the development of energy saving and new energy automobile industry.The automobile industry,which has the longest upstream and downstream industrial chain,is facing the market diversification,demand diversification and shorter product upgrading cycle.Therefore,it is more and more important to formulate the strategy suitable for enterprise development.With the advent of the new energy era,enterprises are facing new opportunities and challenges.It is necessary for enterprises to make changes that are different from the original mode of operation,and the development strategy of enterprises needs to make appropriate adjustments.The research object of this paper is SAIC Volkswagen.Facing the emerging market competition environment,the company’s original strategic plan can not adapt to the future development.SAIC Volkswagen is facing the problem of strategic transformation and how to implement the strategic transformation.Facing the coming new energy era,SAIC Volkswagen also faces the problem of how to innovate and explore new business models.In this paper,using the relevant theoretical knowledge of strategic management,combined with the industry of SAIC Volkswagen,the strategic management of the company is studied,and the necessity of strategic management is analyzed.At the same time,the innovation and reform of business model in the new energy era of automobile is studied,and the transformation strategy and implementation measures are formulated,so as to help the company maintain competitive advantage in the new round of technological innovation and market changes Competition makes enterprises move forward faster and more steadily.With the help of SWOT analysis model and PEST analysis model,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the internal and external macro environment of SAIC Volkswagen.In the era of new energy,the automotive industry should actively judge and respond to the opportunities and challenges brought by the dynamic development of the environment,and carry out strategic transformation and business model innovation in combination with its own advantages and disadvantages.This paper uses QSPM matrix to make the selection and evaluation of enterprise strategic transformation plan from the perspective of quantitative analysis.Innovatively from the perspective of enterprise business model,this paper combines the analysis of business model into the strategic transformation strategy,studies and analyzes the innovative design of new energy on SAIC Volkswagen business model from the perspective of value creation,and formulates a more accurate and perfect strategic transformation plan.At the same time,it also hopes to provide important theoretical and practical reference value for similar traditional automobile manufacturing and sales companies on the road of new energy transformation.
