The concept of Internet +,Made in China 2025 and High Quality Development have received high attention from all over the country.Emerging technologies such as the Internet,cloud computing,big data,Internet + and green buildings have become part of the infrastructure of modern society.External factors,such as the deepening of opening-up,the acceleration of foreign investors’ entry into the domestic market,the stricter environmental protection laws and regulations,on the one hand intensify competition in the domestic market,make market participants facing a new round of shuffling,on the other hand also provide a huge business opportunity for domestic enterprises to seize the new demand of the market.As competition is becoming increasingly fierce,TL company,as a traditional electromechanical installation enterprise,is faced with the opportunities brought by Internet +.TL company must change its past business mode and adjust its strategy.The second chapter combs the relevant concepts and theories,mainly including strategic management,competitive strategy,strategic transformation theory,Internet + and the characteristics of enterprise competition,BIM technology application theory and so on.The third chapter states the development process and current situation of TL company,and uses the core competition theory to systematically summarize the problems faced by TL company in the context of Internet +,and analyzes the reasons.In the fourth chapter,according to the current situation of TL company,the strategic transformation design is carried out under the background of Internet +.First of all,the company vision and company mission of TL company in the form of Internet + are considered.Based on the development prospect of smart building,the electromechanical installation company should turn from the traditional installation company role to the efficient and energy-efficient building electromechanical comprehensive solution and value-added service provider,and then determine the strategic positioning of the company and the medium-term strategic objectives.Secondly,it analyzes the feasibility of strategic transformation and puts forward the principles of strategic transformation.Finally,it puts forward the implementation plan and steps of the transformation,including market strategy,brand strategy,corporate culture strategy,talent strategy,product strategy and technology strategy.Chapter Five puts forward safeguard measures according to TL Company’s current situation and TL Company’s strategic transformation implementation plan,emphasizing that during the transformation period,it should focus on the formation of team consensus,integration of external resources,structural adjustment,innovation of continuous change and strengthening quality control.In the aspect of continuous change and innovation,it should pay attention to the training and construction of talent team,strengthen the cooperation between government,industry,University and research institutions,establish the reward and fault-tolerant mechanism of change and innovation,and establish the preliminary flow chart and enterprise culture of change and innovation.In the aspect of quality control,it should pay attention to the improvement of BIM design,the comprehensive quality measures of intelligent mechanical and electrical equipment,the change management in the construction process,the supplier(including prefabricated builder)management and the measures taken in the quality crisis management and control.
