Research On The Renewal Strategy System Of Old Urban Residential Areas From The Perspective Of All-age Friendliness

By the end of 2020,China’s urban development has shifted from large-scale incremental construction to stock improvement and incremental structural adjustment,and China’s cities have entered a new stage of development.In the new stage of development,people as the center,to promote high-quality urban development,has become the consensus of the new era of development.Therefore,it is necessary to change the original speed and extensive reconstruction method and change the path of urban construction and development.In this context,the transformation of the old residential area is no longer just the transformation and upgrading of material space,it has become a "livelihood project","development project" and "governance project".It can be said that the transformation of this round of old residential areas in cities and towns has opened a new chapter of urban renewal in the second half of China’s new urbanization featuring people-centered and high-quality development.Based on the above background,this research according to ask questionsanalysis problem-to solve the problem of full age friendly thought into perspective,updated guidelines on the needs of the whole population of age,in order to update strategy system of the old village building as the research target,try to solve the problem of certain social living,development and management.Therefore,this study is divided into the following four stages and seven chapters:The first stage is basic research.Based on the research background,the first chapter of this paper raises three main questions:what is age-friendly?What are the needs of people with an all-age friendly perspective?What should be included in the old community renewal strategy system to meet the needs of the whole age group?Faced with the problems raised,the paper proposes the core goal of constructing the renewal strategy system from the perspective of whole-age friendly,and puts forward three core difficulties.The second stage is theoretical research.On the one hand,in the second chapter,the basic theoretical research is carried out,and the basic theories of urban planning and related fields are studied,and the guiding significance of these theories for this paper is summarized.On the other hand,in the third chapter,the paper studies the whole age friendly perspective,summarizes its development situation at home and abroad,deeply interprets the whole age friendly perspective and summarizes the connotation of the whole age friendly community,so as to illustrate the application logic of the whole age friendly perspective in the reconstruction of old residential areas at the level of city and community.The third stage is systematic research.On the one hand,in chapter 4,the demand system of the whole age friendly perspective is constructed.Under the guidance of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and through theoretical analysis and social questionnaire survey results,the author puts forward a renewal demand model from the perspective of whole-age friendliness,and establishes a renewal target system from the perspective of whole-age friendliness.On the other hand,in chapter 5,the renewal strategy system is constructed from the perspective of all-age friendliness.The author thinks that the technology system should pay attention to the whole planning process and the whole space scope,and construct the system from two perspectives:macro and micro,top-down and bottom-up.Therefore,on the basis of improving the overall renewal path and establishing renewal principles,the author puts forward a strategic system composed of material space renewal and community governance improvement.The fourth stage is empirical research.The sixth chapter demonstrates the rationality of the technical system from the aspects of overall planning,linkage and complementarity of "city,block and residential area",through the design of guidelines for the reconstruction of old residential areas in Yan’an city at the urban level and the cases of Zhonghua Garden Community and Zhonghua Garden East Village in Kunshan City at the community level.Finally,in the seventh chapter,the author summarizes the thesis,shortcomings and prospects.Summarize the main conclusions,innovations and shortcomings of the paper,and put forward further ideas for future research.
