Research On Healing Community Renewal For The Aged Based On Evidence-based Design

With the deepening of the aging degree in China,there are many challenges and researches on the life,behavior,and health of the elderly population.Among them,the combination of medical care and nursing care for the elderly in the community has formed a certain research trend.The "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for the Development of the National Career for the Elderly and the Construction of the Elderly Care System" issued by the State Council pointed out that community elderly care will become the main measure to deal with aging at this stage.Taking the existing old communities in Shanghai as an example,in the process of renewal and design of the existing community environment,the attention,design strategies,feedback evaluation,etc.to the elderly at home and care for the elderly need to be further studied.This paper studies the theoretical framework and mature experience of evidence-based design in medical design to find design methods and strategies that solve the problem of combining the life of the elderly in the community with health healing.This article first systematically elaborates on the concept,design strategy,impact factors,typical cases,and value of the evidence-based design theory framework and the healing aging community through literature research.Then,through qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,the specific application methods and content forms of evidence-based design in the renewal and transformation of old communities are summarized,which rises to the study of renewal strategies for healing aging communities,and concludes that healing aging The doubleloop model and evaluation scale updated by the community.Finally,through a case study of Shanghai’s specific community space environment renewal design,it explores the feasibility of evidence-based design in healing aging communities and validates the rationality of the model.The research value of this article lies in proposing the concept of a healing aging community and introducing evidence-based design methods,revising the previous experience in community design,and using specific evaluation scales to make targeted transformations.The community renewal under the background has certain exploratory significance.
