| Since entering the 21 st century, the aging trend of China’s population has become increasingly intensified, which has brought a lot of pressure to the development of social and economic. How to solve the pension problem of the majority of the elderly and ensure the residents’ living quality in their later years has triggered a social debate. In view of the aging characteristics of the population of "getting old before getting rich" and the traditional concept of excluding elderly care institutions, the Family-Care in Communities is still the main and feasible elderly care model accepted by most people. However, due to the constraints of social development at the time of design,a large number of community hardware facilities and software services have exposed the problem of aging, which can not meet the requirements of the FamilyCare in Communities model, and the age-friendly community regeneration is imminent. The government has issued a series of policies to guide this, but the development of community aging adaptation in China has encountered multiple obstacles in practice, with poor results. The investigation found that there are many stakeholders involved in the age-friendly regeneration of communities, and the problems and network of relationships are complex. It is not enough to rely on the government alone to promote it.We must work together with all parties to promote it.Therefore, based on the perspective of the participation of the government, social capital and community residents, this study explored a more applicable and efficient model of the age-friendly community regeneration and its operating mechanism,in order to promote its sustainable and healthy development. On the basis of literature research and field research, this study extracted 12 barriers to the age-friendly regeneration of communities. From the perspectives of community public space and the interior of family housing,Decision-making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory, and Interpretative Structural Modeling Method were used to analyze the relationship between factors and identify key barriers; Two hierarchical structures were constructed to clarify the hierarchical relationship and action path between factors, and propose the direction of breaking through the bottleneck of the age-friendly community regeneration.Based on the analysis results of obstacle factors and relevant experience, explored a multiparty collaborative age-friendly community regeneration model different from the traditional model. Then, the role of each participant in the model and the regeneration process were described, and the difficulties that might hinder multi cooperation in the model were analyzed.Through indepth analysis of the game relationship, the income matrix of the main participants in the agefriendly community regeneration-the government, social capital and community residents was obtained.A tripartite evolutionary game model was established and the replication dynamic equation was solved. Then, the stable equilibrium point of the model was analyzed.A replication dynamic phase diagram reflecting the logic of unilateral behavior and the evolution trend was drawn, and the overall equilibrium stability of the three parties was analyzed in depth in order to explore the variables that affect the system to achieve the ideal state. Finally, combined with the actual situation, the relevant variables in the game model were assigned values, and the values of the main variables were adjusted within a reasonable range.MATLAB software was used to depict the simulation path and results of the model, demonstrating that the age-friendly community regeneration model built in this study has certain feasibility and superiority, and analyzing the impact direction and degree of different variables on the system state.Based on the simulation results of the game model, the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the multi coordination efficiency in the age-friendly community regeneration were proposed. |
