With the application of BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology in developed countries such as the United States,Japan,and the United Kingdom,BIM is regarded as an innovative technology for my country's construction industry to accelerate information construction and increase productivity.At present,the adoption and application level of BIM technology in my country is not high,the application of BIM is only involved in the design stage,the application in the construction and operation stage is still being explored.To promote the development of BIM in my country,we first need to solve the problem of BIM technology adoption.However,in the existing research,there are few studies to explore the driving strategy of BIM technology adoption from the perspective of multiple participants.This study first identified and defined 16 key barriers to the adoption of BIM technology based on the reading and analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad,determined the barriers to the adoption of BIM technology by constructing an Interpretative Structural Modeling(ISM)hierarchical relationship,using Matriced Impacts Croises Multiplication Appliqueeaun(MICMAC)to analyze the dependence and driving force of obstacles,and obtained three important independent driving factors that promote the adoption of BIM technology in China: companies are not yet fully conscious to the value-added effects brought by the application of BIM,the lack of decision support from owners and senior managers,the lack of policy support from the government and industry authorities,and through analysis to determine the key variables that affect three important independent drivers,the game for the adoption of BIM technology.It provides a reference for the analysis of the relationship between subjects and the establishment of an evolutionary game model.Then,using dynamic evolutionary game theory,analyze the game relationship among the three important subjects(government,owners,and general contractors)that affect the adoption of BIM technology,construct an evolutionary game model adopted by BIM technology,and obtain the replicator dynamics of the three-party strategy selection to lay the foundation for the establishment of simulation models and the determination of simulation factors.Finally,using the method of system dynamics modeling and simulation,the system dynamics simulation model of the BIM technology adopting the three-party evolutionary game system is constructed,and the eight pure strategy game models and the main influencing factors of the three parties of the game are simulated and analyzed,and the government and the owner are obtained.Dynamic behavior characteristics with the general contractor.Based on the above resaerch results,the driving strategies to promote the adoption of China's BIM technology are targeted,so as to provide reference and reference for the government to formulate relevant policies and regulations,as well as owners,general contractors and other stakeholders to adopt BIM technology,and then promote China's informatization construction process.
