With the aging with declining birthrate, the universalization of grandparent caring and the return of "humanism" of modern urban development concepts, infants and their intergenerational caregivers have gradually become the focus of attention. The "child" friendly "community" based on the " grandparent caring " perspective can not only attract society's attention to the needs of disadvantaged groups such as children and the elderly, but also introduce the concept of "community",emphasizing that it is no longer single Focuses on the spatial design of the material level, but pays more attention to the solution of community social problems.0-3 years old is the beginning of life, the most rapid period of human individual development. The upbringing of children by parents and other caregivers in the family is the most decisive factor for the healthy development of children. The health of infants and young children and their caregivers is the best measure of a vibrant, prosperous and healthy urban community. Therefore,in cities where grandparent caring is increasingly common, focusing on infants and young children and their intergenerational caregivers not only makes urban infants and children more likely to reach their full potential, but also makes a city more suitable for everyone. Therefore, this article chooses to examine the friendly development of modern urban communities from the perspective of grandparent caring. The discussion focuses on the following points: Interpretation of the child-friendly community connotation from the perspective of " grandparent caring ";based on the spatial and temporal behavioral characteristics and needs of infants and toddlers aged 0-3 and their intergenerational caregivers; How to improve the quality of grandparent care at the community level and provide reference for urban children and their intergenerational caregivers to build friendly communities. The research methods in this paper include literature analysis, field investigation and analysis induction. The literature analysis method first reflects on the roots of "life-supportbreeding" anxiety in modern urban families and affirms the social value of intergenerational parenting.Combining the relevant theories of early development of infants and young children, the elderly psychology, behavior, etc.,summarizing the commonality and characteristics of their needs, and combining the relevant dynamic research of community development,it is pointed out that a child-friendly community from the perspective of " grandparent caring " should meet the two Fundamental needs: " Children grow up healthy " and " the Olderly can take better care of children ".The field survey method conducts a long-term survey on the daily activities of the grandparent caring groups in the Haiyinan community, summarizes their temporal and spatial behavioral characteristics, and understands that the daily lives of infants and their intergenerational caregivers need to meet the requirements of “safe and active grandparent caring,The demand for high-quality outdoor activities, integration into nature, and neighbourhood communication reflects the space level including grandchildren's interactive space, children's play space, communication space, fitness space, leisure space and travel space,as well as improved life care,Children 's education, social integration and other service facilities. The inductive analysis method proposes the development of a child-friendly community that is suitable for the elderly and the young, and the community is integrated through the analysis of the spatial and temporal behavioral characteristics and daily life needs of the intergenerational care groups in the Haiyinan community, combined with the contradiction between the supply status and demand.idea.And from the three aspects of space environment, service facilities, and community culture to build a child-friendly community suitable for the old and the young, the community integration path.
