Old Industrial Communities Renewal Demand Evaluation And Planning Response From The Perspective Of Stakeholders

Under the background of China’s industrial structure adjustment and economic structural transformation,a large number of old industrial land and supporting spaces have entered an idle state,and the renewal activities of inventory space have begun to be carried out in old industrial communities in cities.Behind the renewal of old industrial communities is the issue of multiple stakeholders’ conflicts of interest.Each stakeholder pursues the maximization of their own interests,which often leads to an imbalance of interests and demands,resulting in low efficiency in promoting the renewal planning of old industrial communities and difficulties in project implementation.This thesis starts from the stakeholders involved in the renewal of the old industrial community,and explores the conflicts of interest demands among stakeholders by collecting their interest demands.Taking the game balance of interest conflicts as the breakthrough point.It is concluded that the interests of stakeholders in the old industrial community focus on the demands of resource protection,spatial improvement,and economic balance.Therefore,combining these three aspects of update demands,establish an evaluation framework for the update demands of old industrial communities.Then,take the renewal of Xinlian machinery areas as an example.To explore the application of evaluation framework in the process of renewal projects.Propose scientific and feasible spatial planning strategies and economic interest balance suggestions for the smooth implementation of the old industrial community renewal project from the aspects of protecting and developing pattern construction,spatial utilization,controlling development volume,and allocating economic benefits.With a view to achieving a mutually beneficial and win-win renewal situation for stakeholders.This thesis explores the balance of renewal demands by constructing an evaluation framework for stakeholders based on old industrial communities.In order to provide a certain method and reference for the formulation of spatial renewal plans for urban old industrial communities,and promote the smooth implementation of old industrial community renewal projects.
