Research On The Design Of Public Art Involved In Community Micro-renewal

With the continuous acceleration of urbanization in China,urban micro-renewal has become a common problem and challenge faced by major cities in China.At present,the urban stock space is gradually saturated,and urban renewal is moving from urban space to community space,and is turning to a small-scale and gradual stock renewal model.As a part of public art,the connotation and concept of community public art have expanded with the changes of the times,and public art has gradually been implanted into the public’s daily life space from the public space in the block.Community micro-renewal is different from simple community transformation.It is a small and gradual construction involving environment,culture,spirit and community relations according to the background and needs of different communities.With its unique attributes,public art has become an effective and easy-to-implement means to intervene in the community,trying to solve problems in an artistic way,improving the material space and intangible space of the community,encouraging and promoting the participation of the community public,in order to realize the sustainable development of the community with sharing,co-construction and co-governance.Based on the perspective of public art and the concept of community micro-renewal,this paper explores the strategy of public art intervening in community micro-renewal.Through literature study and interdisciplinary research,this paper combs the theory of community microrenewal and the connotation development of community public art,and analyzes three characteristics of public art intervening in community micro-renewal: community demandoriented;Taking public participation as the core;The goal is to cultivate common consciousness.This paper analyzes the value and significance of art intervening in community micro-renewal from four dimensions: society,economy,culture and aesthetic education.Based on the theoretical support,this paper analyzes the relevant practical cases,summarizes five main forms of public art intervention in the community,and summarizes the experience by comparing different types of representative community public art practice cases.Through grasping the theoretical content and practice,this paper puts forward the design principles of people-oriented,multi-creation,local ecology and sustainable development,analyzes the operation mode and intervention path of art intervening in community micro-renewal,and finally applies the theoretical research to community practice and produces design results.This paper takes public art as a medium and means,and through the combination of theoretical combing and practical design,it has a deeper understanding of public art’s involvement in community micro-renewal,and puts forward the design path and method of public art’s involvement in community micro-renewal,which provides certain reference for related research in this field.
