Research On Evaluation Of Public Participation In Community Micro-renewal From The Perspective Of Public

The 14 th Five-Year Plan pointed out the need to comprehensively improve the quality of the city,"accelerate the promotion of urban renewal,transform and upgrade the functions of old communities,old factories,old neighborhoods and urban villages,etc.".Since then,in China,old city micro-renewal has ushered in a new stage again.As an important link in the micro-renewal of the community,public participation has become more and more indispensable as the people’s growing need to be the masters of the country,and the “official standard” thought of our country since ancient times has made the focus of social governance “downward” The ground is not going well.The community is the smallest unit of social governance,and the mechanism of public participation is not perfect.Therefore,many contradictions are hidden in the process of urban construction and renewal.Urban and rural planning,as a public discipline that promotes the organic development of urban and rural material space and governs comprehensive social issues,should further study community issues.How to protect the interests of residents and allow more residents to effectively participate in community microrenewal is the direction of the thesis.In recent years,under the background of refined community governance,many places in china have carried out bold attempts and innovative explorations of public participation in community micro-renewal.During the author’s postgraduate studies,Jiangsu Province organized the creation of provincial-level livable demonstration blocks,and selected multiple cities and multiple locations as the first batch of pilot projects in the province to conduct innovative explorations of community micro-renewal and public participation.The thesis selects the livable demonstration block in Yaofangmen,Qixia District,Nanjing City as the research object,and uses literature research-model construction-practical background description-empirical data analysis-conclusion analysis as the context to explore its community governance background,public participation experience and public participation Evaluation.In the literature research part,the research and practice of public participation at home and abroad are sorted out,and then the United Kingdom,the United States,and Japan are selected as foreign research objects,and their political systems,participation content,public participation modes and paths are analyzed separately,and public participation is summarized The characteristics and excellent experience of the Chinese government will be compared with the current state of participation in my country to find out the obvious shortcomings in public participation in China.The thesis takes "customer satisfaction" as the starting point,and uses the "customer satisfaction" model widely used in sociology,psychology,public management and other fields as a research method.Based on the ACSI customer satisfaction model and related theories,building communities in china The micro-update public participation satisfaction model explores the factors that affect the public participation satisfaction in community micro-renewal.This is the key to the continued vitality of the grassroots government in the process of functional transformation,and it also fills the gap in public participation satisfaction research.After constructing the model,the thesis describes the creation background of the research object-Nanjing Yaofangmen Livable Demonstration Block,and at the same time finds the characteristics of public participation in the block.These characteristics may become the reason for the subsequent data analysis results.The questionnaire designed in this paper includes both the participant’s participation satisfaction questionnaire and the questionnaire about the reasons for not participating.Based on a comparative study of basic information between participants and non-participants,it can be concluded that the demographic characteristics of participants are: 1)Mostly male;2)More retired people over 60 years old;3)The identity is mainly residents,and Living/working hours are longer;4)"Enthusiasm" is higher,and they will participate in more affairs in the community;5)They are more supportive of public participation in the micro-renewal of the community.In the satisfaction survey of the participants,the "customer satisfaction" model was used and the structural equation model analysis was carried out.During the micro-update process,the public participation satisfaction score of Yaofangmen Street was 71.61 points,and the public participation satisfaction score was 71.61 points.Expectation positively affects public quality perception and public satisfaction,public quality perception positively affects public satisfaction,and public satisfaction is strongly related to public trust.Specifically,the public expects a higher score,while the public’s quality perception score is lower,thereby reducing public satisfaction and public trust.In the investigation of the reasons for non-participants,it can be concluded that the biggest reason for public non-participation is the unsmooth flow of community
