The quality of construction project management has become the key to the competition of construction enterprises,and the project manager plays an important role in the project management of construction enterprises,and undertakes the important task of project schedule,quality,safety and cost management.However,in recent years,with the increasing competition in the construction industry,the problem of internal volumes among project managers has become more and more prominent.Y construction company as a project construction as the core business of the company,its construction enterprises in the construction industry has a certain representative,Y construction company at the same time undertake a number of project construction tasks,so the project manager volume of Y construction company resource allocation and project construction quality will inevitably have a certain impact.In this paper,Y construction company as a case study of Y construction company project manager in the paper.In this study,we mainly use the interview method as the research method,starting from the manifestation of the project manager’s internal volume of Y construction company,and draw the following conclusions through this study:(1)the main manifestation of the project manager’s internal volume of Y construction company: the current performance of the project manager’s internal volume of Y construction company is mainly: formalism prevails,complicating simple problems;low-level imitation and replication;in order to exempt passive response;In order to obtain resources and false information and other aspects.(2)Reasons for the internal volume of the project manager of Y Construction Company: The main reasons for the internal volume of the project manager of Y Construction Company at present include the lack of transparency and impartiality of the company’s project management system;The company’s management mode is not perfect;The performance appraisal and incentive mechanism of the project manager lack fairness;The company has not formed a healthy competitive environment.(3)Resolved.Countermeasures and suggestions for the internal volume of the project manager of Y construction company: Y construction company needs to formulate clear project development goals,and through the delineation of the scope of authority and responsibility of the project manager,the personal goals of the project manager are consistent with the development goals of the company and the project,so that the project manager can work with project management as the core.At the same time,for project managers,it is necessary to develop a fair performance appraisal mechanism and incentive mechanism to guide the direction of the project through performance appraisal and incentive mechanism.Y Construction Company should establish a positive corporate culture in its development,guide the healthy competition among various projects,and form a positive cultural atmosphere and environment.In this paper,the concept of internal volume is applied to the construction industry,through the study of the internal volume of the project manager of Y construction company,summarizes the performance of the internal volume of the construction industry,reveals the essence of the internal volume of the construction industry,combined with the reality of Y construction company,provides a solution to solve the internal volume of the project manager of Y construction company,and at the same time solves the internal volume of the project manager of the construction industry in China,strengthen the construction of the project manager team to provide some reference and reference.
