The project manager plays an important role in the construction enterprise.He is not only the actual organizer responsible for the production and operation of the project,but also the manager who ensures the smooth progress of the project and achieves the objectives of project cost and safety in production.The project manager is often called the "soul" of the project,and its importance is self-evident.In order to evaluate the performance of project managers,conslruction enterprises must improve the incentive and restraint mechanism and build a scientific,superior performance and good operability performance management system for project managers.So the research of this topic has very important practical significance.Taking JDBY Power Supply Engineering Company as an example,this paper analyses the current situation of project manager’s performance management,finds out the existing problems,and improves the performance appraisal design of project manager of JDBY Power Supply Engineering Company on the basis of studying and learning a large number of domestic and foreign related materials.Through work analysis,the project manager’s performance indicators and process management indicators are formulated.Among them,performance indicators include:quality management,safety management,cost control,progress control,environmental management;process management indicators include:scientific management,personnel training,work attitude,communication and coordination.The weight and qualitative evaluation criteria of each index are determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and behavior anchoring method;in the process of implementation,continuous performance communication and key behavior records are emphasized;assessment methods are planned and performance evaluation models are established;feedback interviews and performance improvement schemes are planned to promote the improvement and improvement of project managers’performance.The content of this paper is helpful tco optimize the performance management system of project managers in construction enterprises.The design of performance-oriented and process-assisted index system is more comprehensive;the performance management system is established from the levels of planning,execution,control,evaluation and feedback interviews:the quantification of the fuzzy evaluation elements by using the relevant methods of fuzzy mathematics improves the objectivity of the evaluation results;an example verifies the practicability and reference of the performance management system designed in this paper.
