Research On The Value Evaluation Of Data Assets Of Manufacturing Enterprises

With the continuous change of information technology,the manufacturing industry is also transforming to intelligent manufacturing.As an emerging factor of production,data plays a role together with traditional factors of production such as capital and labor force to enhance the overall value of enterprises.Many manufacturing enterprises have started to analyze and apply data,which has created considerable economic benefits.Data assets have gradually developed into important assets of manufacturing enterprises.Data assets are becoming more and more important,and it is also very important to evaluate the value of data assets reasonably,which is conducive to promoting enterprises to optimize the management and use of data assets.In this thesis,the home appliance industry is selected,with Midea Group as an example,to carry out valuation research on enterprise data assets.First of all,on the theoretical basis of summarizing the connotation characteristics and value factors of data assets,the role of data assets on enterprise value is analyzed,and its role is summarized.Secondly,based on the asset attributes and big data characteristics of data assets,Peel curve model is used to simulate and predict the life cycle of enterprise data assets.Then,multi-period excess income method is used to evaluate the value of enterprise data assets.Taking Midea Group as an example,first of all,the grey forecasting model is used to predict the business income of the enterprise in the detailed forecast period,and then the cash flow contributed by the data assets to the case enterprise is divided and discounted to the base date of evaluation,so as to realize the evaluation of the data assets of the case enterprise.From the angle of asset appraisal,this thesis makes a reasonable exploration of data asset value research,which provides a new Angle for manufacturing enterprises data asset appraisal,and can supplement and improve the theory and practice system of data asset appraisal in our country at present.
