The manufacturing industry is the backbone of the national economy,and it is an important manifestation of a country’s creativity,competitiveness,and comprehensive national strength.With the gradual reduction of country’s demographic dividend and the rise in labor costs,traditional manufacturing industries need to transform to reduce costs and increase efficiency.The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the supply chain in 2020 has further promoted the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises to maintain a safe and stable supply chain.By reading and analyzing the existing research literature and achievements of domestic and foreign scholars on the digital transformation of supply chain in manufacturing enterprises,this paper sorted out and summarized the factors that affect the digital transformation of supply chain in manufacturing enterprises.The influencing factors are summarized into three main categories in this paper,including: enterprise digital technology ability,enterprise management ability and external environment.Based on the three main research categories,this paper takes the relevant practitioners of automobile manufacturing enterprises as the survey objects.Based on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper integrates and develops a scale for the investigation of digital technology ability,enterprise management ability,external environment and enterprise supply chain digital transformation of automobile manufacturing enterprises.In this paper,the questionnaire is used to investigate and analyze the questionnaire data by using structural equation model.The results show that the external environment,enterprise digital technology ability and enterprise management ability all have significant positive influence on the digital transformation of the supply chain in automobile manufacturing enterprises.At the same time,the two factors of enterprise digital technology ability and enterprise management ability play the role of intermediary variables between the external environment and the digital transformation of enterprise supply chain.According to the research results,this paper proposes relevant measures and suggestions to promote the digital transformation of the supply chain in automobile manufacturing enterprises from four aspects: giving full play to the policy guidance role,optimizing the business environment,enhancing the digital technology capability of enterprises and enhancing the management capability of enterprises. |
