| With the rapid development of the new generation of information technology,the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" clearly proposes to promote the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises,and China has officially entered a new stage of digital transformation.At present,the digital level of many automobile manufacturing enterprises in China is still at a low stage of development,and they lack the understanding of their own digital transformation ability.In addition,China’s economy has entered a relatively severe breakthrough period due to the COVID-19,the Russia Ukraine war,the global financial crisis and other factors,and the development of the automobile manufacturing industry has also been seriously affected.Therefore,it is urgent for the automobile manufacturing enterprises to carry out digital transformation to realize the new four modernizations of automobiles,namely,electrification,networking,intelligence and sharing.Digital transformation has become the automobile manufacturing industry to comply with the requirements of the development of the times The only way to achieve high-quality development.The main research work of this paper includes: First,based on the investigation and summary of the current situation and existing problems of the digital transformation of automobile enterprises,combing the relevant research of the digital transformation capability and maturity theory of manufacturing enterprises,the basic characteristics of the digital transformation of automobile manufacturing enterprises are refined,and three key dimensions of the digital transformation maturity evaluation of automobile manufacturing enterprises are proposed: digital basic capability,digital technology drive Digital business integration,and its constituent elements are explained.Secondly,based on the relevant research of the existing literature,the first-level indicators of the digital transformation maturity evaluation system of automobile manufacturing enterprises were preliminarily pre-selected by using the literature check method,and the preliminary indicators were screened and modified in combination with expert suggestions.By identifying the influencing factors of the digital transformation of automobile manufacturing enterprises by domestic and foreign researchers,the secondary evaluation indicators are initially formed,and the proposed secondary indicators are verified by Delphi method.Then,the definition and content of the secondary indicators are explained in detail.Finally,the evaluation indicator system of the digital transformation maturity of automobile manufacturing enterprises,including3 key dimensions,8 primary indicators,and 47 secondary indicators,is determined.After that,the weights of indicators are calculated by using the analytic hierarchy process and the idea of entropy weight method,and the indicator weights of the digital transformation maturity evaluation system of automobile manufacturing enterprises are established.The digital transformation maturity of automobile manufacturing enterprises is divided into five levels: initial level,specification level,scenario level,platform level and ecological level by combining the capability maturity model and the previous maturity evaluation idea.Finally,taking Enterprise S as the case study object,collect relevant data by issuing questionnaires to the internal management personnel of Enterprise S,use the Vague set evaluation method to evaluate the current status of the digital transformation maturity of Enterprise S,and provide corresponding suggestions to improve its digital transformation capability based on the evaluation results.This study comprehensively discusses the digital transformation maturity of automobile manufacturing enterprises,constructs the digital maturity model of automobile manufacturing enterprises from three dimensions,and defines the corresponding digital maturity level.On the one hand,it complements the existing digital maturity theory,and on the other hand,it has certain reference and reference value for the digital transformation of most automobile manufacturing enterprises. |
