| The dual economic structure of our country has enabled us to have a large amount of surplus labor force in rural areas.Rich and cheap labor resources are the main driving force for enterprises to improve product competitiveness and promote national economic development.However,the widespread phenomenon of "difficult employment" means that China’s labor force has shifted from "unlimited supply" to becoming a scarce resource,and difficult employment has become a problem that troubles manufacturing enterprises.Based on the analysis of Q manufacturing enterprise,the difficulty in employment is mainly reflected in other manifestations such as difficulty in adapting to the transformation of the enterprise,low entry rate and high turnover rate of technical workers,non-standard recruitment process of technical workers,high turnover of workshop managers,and low education.The difficulty of employment in enterprises has had some adverse effects on their business processes,including weakening their core competitiveness;Bringing a certain degree of instability to China’s economy and society;Increased human resource management costs for manufacturing enterprises;Causing difficulties in forming good cohesion within the enterprise.In order to address the issue of employment difficulties,this article analyzes the causes of employment difficulties based on labor mobility theory,labor supply and demand theory,and dual factor theory.It is found that the factors that affect the employment difficulties of enterprises can be mainly summarized into three categories.The first type is the management factors of enterprises themselves,such as inadequate understanding of changes in the human resource market by enterprise managers,inadequate compensation and incentive policies to meet the needs of employees Insufficient emphasis on employee quality cultivation and insufficient emphasis on corporate culture construction;The second type is the influencing factors of personal factors of employees,including their inability to adapt to internal job changes within the company;Insufficient awareness of personal skill enhancement;Insufficient stress tolerance;Factors such as significant changes in employment mindset and employees having more employment choices;The third category is social environmental factors,in terms of labor demand;The growth rate of labor supply is slowing down;The structural contradiction of labor supply;The cost of labor mobility has increased;Expected increase in income;The cost of living in other places has increased.These three types of factors collectively contribute to the phenomenon of difficult employment.In order to cope with the phenomenon of difficult employment,this article takes Q manufacturing enterprise as an example to analyze the phenomenon of "difficulty" encountered by Q manufacturing enterprise during working hours and its negative impact on its production and operation process.Finally,the main solution to the "employment difficulties" within the enterprise is to take multiple measures simultaneously: such as helping employees formulate career development plans;By enhancing the construction of corporate culture;Mobilizing labor market factors to externally assist in solving the problem of "difficult employment" : for example,it is recommended that enterprises expand recruitment channels,improve employee welfare benefits,accelerate industrial upgrading,and take measures such as machine replacement to solve the problem of difficult employment. |
