| With the rapid development of China’s economy,forest fires have received great attention from the state.In order to reduce the loss of life and property caused by fires and to achieve efficient and rapid fire fighting,the monitoring of fire fighting works is gradually becoming a hot spot.The Internet of Things(IOT)is a new type of information technology based on sensing technology and sensing networks,which can collect various data from production sites in real time,and its application to the monitoring of fire fighting equipment can better promote the development of fire fighting technology.In forest fire fighting,"water-based fire fighting" is the trend in the development of technical means to fight forest fires,and fire pumps play a pivotal role as important equipment to achieve water-based fire fighting.In the event of a fire,the reliability of the water supply is determined by whether the fire pumps can be activated and supplied in time.By investigating the field of fire engineering and the development of Internet of Things(Io T)technology,this paper designs a set of remote monitoring system for fire pumps based on Io T to monitor the fire pumps in real time to ensure normal operation in case of fire.Based on the Internet of Things technology,embedded system and applet development technology,this paper designs the overall scheme of the fire pump remote monitoring system according to the functional requirements of the forest fire fighting system.The overall layout of the system includes the design of the device side,the design of the server side and the design of the user side,to achieve real-time monitoring of the operation of fire pumps through We Chat applets,with pump speed and water pressure in the pipes as the monitor.The STM32F407ZGT6 MCU with Arm Cortex-M4 architecture is used as the main control chip on the device side,and the hardware design of the base board equipped with this MCU is carried out to realise the main control functions and cycles of the MCU through the software state machine;the photoelectric acquisition circuit of the speed signal with the RPR220 component as the core,the water pressure acquisition circuit with the KY-3-5/S with KY-3-5/S pressure sensor as the core,signal transmission by CAN bus through the serial module of the main control MCU;EC20 chip based on GPRS and 4G remote communication method is selected as the wireless communication module to realize the functions of fast and effective upstream transmission of key information of the pump and downstream sending of control commands.The server side rented Ali cloud as the IOT platform to build the network cloud server for the "fire pump remote monitoring system".The product group based on the IOT server was built,using the MQTT protocol to connect with the EC20 communication module,setting the type of data to be collected,and the data was encapsulated using the MQTT protocol and then transmitted in JSON format.The user side is based on the framework of the We Chat applet developer platform and the We Chat developer tools.The applet technology is analysed from three perspectives: technical framework,development environment and directory structure,and VUE.JS is used for programming and writing,completing the interface design and software module-level function implementation on the applet side,developing a We Chat applet for monitoring fire pumps.The functions of user identification,data visualisation,equipment binding and intelligent control of equipment were realised.Finally,the system was debugged according to relevant experimental standards,including data up and down,equipment intelligence and control,data visualisation display effect,and debugging of We Chat applet functions.The commissioning has demonstrated that the system has the following functions.The experimental results prove the practicality,feasibility and stability of the system,which has good application prospects. |
