| As people pay more attention to the quality of sleep,the application of sleep monitoring devices such as smart bracelets and pillows in the market are gradually integrated into the lives of the public.However,there are three major problems in monitoring equipment at present:1.The sleep quality analysis conditions are single,and devices only use length of sleep time or the body movement as the judgment standard.2.There is no effective improvement in the quality of sleep for users during sleep monitoring.3.Wearable devices need to be worn throughout the night to interfere with the users’ sleep comfort.In order to solve the above problems,this paper designs a non-contact sleep monitoring system based on mobile internet technology.The device integrates a wireless collection control terminal,a communication cloud platform and a mobile client to realize functions such as monitoring the user’s sleep state and automatically regulating the sleep environment.Firstly,the LabVIEW-based experimental platform was built to expore the experiment of sleep influencing factors.The data analysis under multiple conditions found the correlation between temperature and humidity changes and body motion behavior in the micro-environment.Exploring the appropriate temperature and temperature during sleep,designing a sleep quality assessment method that incorporates temperature and humidity judgment conditions,and effectively improving the sleep process based on the regulation of micro-environmental temperature and humidity.Then according to the functional requirements of sleep monitoring,the overall architecture design is divided into three modules: mobile client,communication cloud platform and wireless acquisition control terminal.The cloud platform is selected to build a communication server and a cloud database to ensure stability of data transmission between the application layer and the hardware layer,and to manage software users and sleep data.Subsequently,a non-contact acquisition and control hardware system was designed,which is mainly divided into three parts: data acquisition,wireless communication and device control.With STM32F103 as the core processor,a variety of sensors are used to collect the sleeping environment and body motion behavior.Wi-Fi and GPRS self-regulating communication modes are used to solve different indoor network signal problems.The equipment control module automatically controls the environmental control equipment through multiple relays,and leaving multiple IO ports to improve system scalability.Finally,a WeChat applet application software is developed as a mobile client,which solved the cross-platform use of software and rationally designed the interactive interface and sleep service function.On the one hand,the client can evaluate the score of the user’s sleep at night,on the other hand,monitor the environmental information in real time during the sleep process,automatically adjust the environment according to the temperature and humidity threshold,and adjust the appropriate temperature and humidity to reduce the user’s body motion.The occurrence of behavior improves sleep quality.The system was finally designed and implemented.The basic functions of product sleep monitoring were verified by sleep test.The research of this system has certain significance for the design direction of sleep monitoring products. |
