Elevator safety has a bearing on the safety of people's lives and property and the stability of economic and social development.However,elevator malfunctions and accidents occur frequently which cause negative social influences.Therefore,the research on elevator safety remote monitoring system is of great significance.Given that the existing elevator safety remote monitoring system is limited by the elevator control cabinet,this paper combines the Internet of Things,embedded software and hardware and website development technology to develop a set of elevator safety remote monitoring system,which is independent of control cabinets and can be applied to different brands of elevators.Besides,for the purpose of prior warning,a monitoring function of the elevator vibration signal is added to the monitoring system.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)The universal overall scheme of the elevator safety remote monitoring system is designed.For common elevator failures,the overall framework of the monitoring system consists of three levels:the sensing layer,the network layer and the application layer.(2)A gateway of the elevator safety remote monitoring system is developed to realize the transmission function of the data acquisition system.According to the requirement of the gateway of the elevator safety remote monitoring system,the hardware system design of the gateway is carried out.With application of the embedded system migration method,the Linux operating system of the gateway is transplanted.Based on the embedded software development technology,the gateway data acquisition and transmission function program is compiled.(3)A website platform for elevator safety remote monitoring system.is developed to realize human-computer interaction function.By analyzing the server's operating environment,the server network environment is settled down,as well as LNMP(Linux Nginx MySQL Hypertext Preprocessor)installation.By using the conceptual and physical model design method,the database design is carried out.Combining the requirements of the website,the functional modules of the website are completed.(4)The test of the on-site high-speed elevator remote monitoring system was carried out,which verified the feasibility of the overall scheme of the elevator safety remote monitoring system,the data transmission function of the gateway and the various functional modules of the system.Taking a certain type of high-speed elevator as the test object,the test plan of elevator safety remote monitoring system is designed,and the safety related indicators of the elevator system are proposed.By analyzing the characteristics of the elevator vibration signal,the evaluation index of the vibration signal is selected.Through the high-speed elevator monitoring system test,the remote monitoring and automatic alarm function verification is completed.
