With the rapid development of the economy, the automatic fire alarm system has been widely applied in buildings. The stable operation of the system depends on daily maintenance. The system deserves the high attention from all walks of life. The technology of Internet of Things has realized the 020 pattern of the system, which is the demand of clients and the building of "Safe City" and "Smart City".Starting from the research on the demand of clients, the author analyses the present situation and supply and demand of the automatic fire alarm system, finds out the difference and the fact that current service cannot meet the demand of the clients. According to the practical situation of the automatic fire alarm system and service management theory, based on the technology of Internet of Things, remote firefighting management platform has been established to meet the demand of the clients and to realized the 020 pattern of the automatic fire alarm system. Through the discussion of the 020 pattern, the author makes a research on the remote monitoring and emergency linkage system of the remote management platform, discusses the program of collection of system data information and uploading the information to the remote firefighting management platform, analyses the newly-established service pattern by means of SWOT, and makes sure that the new service pattern has high persistent competitiveness and can meet the demand of the clients.Through the analysis of service of LD Group, this paper verifies that the 020 pattern of the automatic fire alarm system based on the technology of Internet of Things is feasible, which improves the service quality of firefighting technology service organizations, enhances the competitiveness of the enterprise, and makes earnings for the enterprise. In the meantime, this application research also has reference value for service of other safety systems.
