| The traditional charging station for electric bicycles basically uses coin or card,which is extremely inconvenient to use,and there is the phenomenon of privately connecting wires,which causes a lot of security risks.In addition,users have no knowledge of the charging process,causing a series of problems such as economic disputes.As a result,the users privately "flys the line" to charge,and even charge indoors,fires caused by this happen from time to time,causing huge losses to people’s lives and property.In order to solve this kind of charging safety management problem,it is of great significance to develop charging station system which is safty and easy management.For the consideration of users needs,safety and charging management,the paper proposes a design scheme for a charging station system based on the Internet of Things platform,and develops a set of charging station system prototype.The design of charging station system includes the designs of hardware and software.The hardware design is composed of circuit designs of the collection module,the communication module and the storage module.The metering acquisition circuit is designed to accurately measure the electricity consumption of each charging pile,so as to avoid economic disputes between users and managers.The temperature collection circuit based on thermistor and the smoke collection circuit based on smoke sensor are designed to avoid the unsafe problems such as overtemperature and even fire,improving the safety factor of the system.The storage module with power-off memory function is designed to ensure that the system will not have billing errors in the event of power-off emergency.The communication module integrates GPRS and WiFi communication circuits,and different communication methods are selected by network environment in which the charging station is located.The software design includes the bottom-level software programming,device access to Internet of Things platform design,server-side application software design,and terminal WeChat mini-program design.The software of charging station specially designed over-current and overload detection functions,malicious charging detection function,and long-term uncharged detection function,which improve the safety of the charging process.Charging stations are connected to Alibaba Cloud Internet of Things platform through the MQTT protocol,implementing data exchange and equipment management.The Internet of Things platform forwards the charging station data to the server of charging station through the server subscription function.The server-side application software program is designed to implement centralized management of charging station equipment information,user information,and order information,and issue remote control commands to the Internet of Things platform.The mobile terminal WeChat applet is designed to realize remote control,fast payment,dual positioning functions of users and charging stations,and real-time monitoring of charging status,which improves the user’s experience of charging.After the development was completed,the system was tested for functions and performance indicators.The test results prove that the charging station system has complete functions and meets user requirements,performance indicators of the electrical parameters meet industry requirements and can be promoted and applied. |
