With rapid development of contemporary industrial technology,demand for heating is also increasing.Electric heat tracing,which is an effective technology for anti-freezing and insulation,is widely used in coal,construction,electricity,metallurgy,petrochemical industry and so on.Compared with the traditional electric tube,steam,and hot water insulation,it not only has a simpler structure which is operated more easily,but also can promote energy conservation and environment protection.At present,there are a set of researches on electric heating controller both home and abroad,but it is researched later in our coutry.There are poor scalability,single function port in the current controller,which is difficulty to achieve automated management,monitoring and maintenance upgrades.In terms of the obvious problems mentioned above,this paper develops a set of intelligent electric heating control system based on actual project and solves the practical problems.The main work and research are as follows:(1)To design and develop the electric heating controller hardware.The controller uses STM32 embedded processor.It can provide the thermal circuit overcurrent,broken cable,leakage detection,sensor fault detection,fault alarm and hand automatically switch for 6 mains and 6 backups.It has functional modules such as Ethernet communication,RS485 communication,RS232 communication,graphic LCD display and data storage.The peripheral module circuit includes a current acquisition module,a temperature acquisition module,a leakage current detection module and a relay output control circuit.(2)To design and develop software.It transplants FreeRTOS embedded real-time operating system,which is followed by driver program,application task program,interrupt service routine and temperature control algorithm library,meanwhile,the TCP / IP protocol stack is transplanted to complete the network communication.According to the whole system,the Modbus-RTU and Modbus-TCP communication protocols are used.To access to Onenet platform,the EDP protocol is applied in the underlying device.The business application uses Restful API protocol to interact with the cloud platform.Finally,Thermal configuration monitoring software and local graphics LCD display interface are developed.(3)To act the electric heating control system cloud service function.The cloud monitoring and management system,WeChat hardware cloud docking platform and cloud platform data storage are designed based on SAE cloud platform.The cloud services include remote monitoring,data intelligent chart analysis,system equipment online upgrades,SMS alarm reminders,data storage and report download,fault camera upload,micro-client data query and other services.(4)To build experiment platform and test various functions of the electric heating control system.First of all,the system hardware and software to verify,then the cloud service function provided by the system is verifed after equipment access to the cloud platform.In the last data report is downloaded for statistic and analysis.Experiments show that the working condition of the control system is so stable,reliable and real – time that it can meet the requirements of the project and verify the feasibility of the design scheme.Based on Internet platform,electric heating control system,combining process control technology,embedded technology,Internet and cloud service technology,has obvious technical advantages compared with existing electric heating controller.
