| With the proposal of the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,the electric power industry of China will enter a stage with the new type of power system,and the power grid enterprises are the bridge between power production and consumption,which will play a positive role in promoting the transformation of the power system and accomplishing the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.HE Company is a power grid operation enterprise,with the gradual liberalization of the power distribution business,the competition it faces is gradually increasing.In order to maintain high quality and sustainable development,it is necessary to continuously optimize the human resource system that supports the development of the enterprise.This paper takes HE company’s new employee training as the study object.Adopting literature research method and questionnaire survey method,the study conducts surveys and interviews on the topic of HE company’s new employee training in term of the aspects of training needs analysis,training plan formulation,training organization implementation,training effect,to handle the current situation of HE company’s new employee training,and build the theoretical model that reflects how the related factors affects the effect of HE company’s new employee training.And with the help of SPSS and AMOS statistical analysis software,the relationship between training needs analysis,training plan formulation,training organization implementation and training effect is empirically analyzed.The results show that training needs analysis,training plan formulation and training organization implementation have a significant positive impact on the training effect of HE company and organizational identity and career commitment play a chain mediating role between training needs analysis,training plan formulation,training organization implementation and training effect.Finally,according to the analysis results,combined with the shortcomings of HE company’s new employee training,an optimization plan is designed based on four aspects: training needs analysis,training plan formulation,training organization implementation,and training effect evaluation.The first lesson for new employees to enter the workplace can promote new employees to accelerate their understanding and recognition of the company,help new employees to complete organizational socialization,stimulate new employees’ innovative spirit and creativity,and enhance the core competition of enterprises.This research can provide theoretical reference for the implementation and revision of new employee training,bring new perspectives of new employee training optimization research,and enrich the research achievements related to training management. |
