In the new era,Chinese enterprises are bound to embark on the road of high-quality and high-tech development.To be invincible in the fierce market competition,we need to build up our own talent pool and carry out targeted professional training with clear corporate labels.Gansu branch of CGN,as a holding subsidiary of CGN,urgently needs the support of talents.However,the development of new energy enterprises is too fast,and there are many problems in the training of grassroots employees in the initial stage of the enterprise.In order to solve these problems,this study on how to use the theory of human resource related,on the basis of other excellent enterprise training experience,through on-the-spot investigation and staff training needs analysis,optimization design of gansu branch grass-roots staff training system,gansu branch of CGNNE grass-roots staff training to lay the good foundation.In this study,the concept,content,theory and method of staff training at home and abroad were systematically reviewed,and the theoretical basis,specific optimization principles and implementation methods were found for the optimization of training program for junior staff in gansu branch of CGNNE.Then,by means of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,the problems existing in the training of CGNNE gansu branch company were summarized.These problems are mainly reflected in two aspects: first,the company's front-line grassroots employees do not pay enough attention to the training,lack of understanding,and fail to integrate with the company's production and operation practice;Second,the training organization is missing,the training funds are not reasonably and reliably invested,and the characteristic courses need to be further developed.These problems caused that the training work did not have the expected effect,which was not conducive to the company to take the initiative in the secondary entrepreneurship of the power market.On the basis of in-depth investigation and analysis of the problems and reasons existing in the company's training status,this study,combined with the company's production and operation objectives,training needs and the background of the company's in-depth development of secondary entrepreneurship,comprehensively optimized the training system of the grassroots staff of the branch.According to the overall development goals and performance goals of the branch company,determine the optimized system and principles,and optimize the training of the grassroots staff of gansu branch company in accordance with the training organization system,training process system and training guarantee system.On the one hand,the training system of thecompany's grassroots employees needs to start from the system,determine the personnel and work timing,strengthen the integration between the training of grassroots employees and the company's production and operation objectives,and form a new way of teaching according to the aptitude,key training and result incentive.On the other hand,the company needs to establish and improve its organizational structure and rules and regulations from the aspects of organizational support,cultural support and financial support.Through the comparison before and after the optimization,this study found that after the optimization of the training program,the training of grassroots staff in gansu branch has been significantly improved in the aspects of demand assurance,planning,implementation content,training form and effect.This study is not only helpful to the optimization and improvement of the training program for junior staff in gansu branch of CGNNE,but also has some reference value for the optimization design of the training system for employees in other enterprises.
