| As China’s economy has entered a new normal and its economic structure is facing transformation and up grading,more and more enterprises have encountered bottlenecks in development.Human resource becomes the core resource of an enterprise,which affects the formation of its competitive ability.New employee training is the best way to improve the personal competitiveness of new employees.It can help new employees integrate into the enterprise as soon as possible and improve their business ability and comprehensive quality.Increasingly fierce competition in the automobile manufacturing enterprises,the development prospect is unclear,survival and development pressure is huge.As the basic force for enterprise transformation and upgrading,they are also the reserve talents after the successful transformation and upgrading of enterprises.New employees lack experience,and due to their concerns about their salary and career prospects,they have a low sense of identity and belonging to the enterprise.How to quickly improve their sense of belonging to the organization is particularly important for the development of enterprises,which becomes an important motivation for this paper to carry out research.On the basis of reading and analyzing a large amount of literature on belonging and motivation,this study conducted a survey on the management status of new employees in C company by using questionnaire and interview method,and obtained the general status of new employee training and organizational belonging in C Company.On this basis,relevant management research was carried out.This paper firstly analyzes the research background of this paper and puts forward the significance of this paper,expounds the research methods,and sorts out the research content and framework of this paper.Next,relevant domestic and foreign research literature is sorted out and relevant theoretical basis is given.The empirical study described the overall design of the study,and then designed the questionnaire and interview outline of new staff training and organizational belonging,carried out the survey and obtained the actual data.By collating and analyzing the research data,this paper analyzes the current situation of new employee training and sense of belonging in C company,and summarizes the existing problems and causes of new employee training in C Company.Finally actual against the new staff management of the company,in the perspective of training,put forward to speed up the training resources construction,enriching the connotation of the training,improve the training system and enhance the level of training,improve the C company training management countermeasures such as improve the C company new employee organization belonging,to train as a platform,to better achieve the integration of new employees to the enterprise and the fusion,for the future development of the company to provide a steady stream of momentum.The main innovation of this paper is to expand the related research results and research perspective innovation.At present,there are very few literatures on the combination of training and enterprise new employee training to discuss the promotion of employees’ sense of belonging in organization.This research extends training to new employee training,and the research results are helpful to expand the research field and enrich relevant research results.At the same time,the paper takes training as a perspective to discuss the training of new employees,especially as it is of special significance to enhance the sense of belonging of new employees,which is helpful to promote the practice of training management. |
