The group of A company belongs to the state-owned port group company.At present,the rapid development of science and technology has essentially changed the traditional operation mode of port enterprises.In order to adapt to the rapid development of enterprises,it is necessary to improve the technical ability of grass-roots employees as the main body of the company.Therefore,the current situation of A company's skill training system is analyzed,problems are found,and the training system is optimized to enrich the talent structure and enhance the competitiveness of the company.At the same time,through the quantitative analysis of the current situation of A company's skill training system,this thesis points out the problems existing in the company's skill training system,which can give full play to the advantages of training into investment,continuously improve the overall competitiveness of the company,and make A company get the promotion of competitiveness in the market competition and obtain better market competitiveness.This optimization study is for the group where A company is located.The training system optimization of other companies has strong reference significance.This thesis combs and studies the related literatures of enterprise skill training and skill training system through CNKI and open information on the internet.It systematically analyses the current research results of skill training system.Through the analysis of the current situation of A company's skill training,it puts forward the research topics and contents of this thesis.At the same time,it provides a solid foundation for the detailed research of this thesis.This thesis investigates A company's employees through questionnaire survey to understand the current situation of A company's skill training system,and uses SPSS21.0 to analyze the differences of demographic variables such as gender,age and education of employees.Combining LSD two-way comparison method,this thesis studies the training organization system,training planning,training system,training resource allocation,and so on.The training curriculum system and training effectiveness evaluation are analyzed and summarized in six aspects.According to the results of data analysis,there is no significant difference in the above six dimensions of data between different genders of employees.There are significant differences in training system and training plan among employees of different ages.There are significant differences in training system and training plan among employees with different educational backgrounds.The problems of A company's employee skills training system are reflected in six aspects:the lack of a sound training organization system,the inconsistency between training planning and the company's overall organizational strategic objectives,the lack of a sound training system and diversified training methods,the generally low quality of training lecturers within enterprises,the lack of timeliness and systematicness of training content,and the lack of evaluation of training effectiveness.Other questionsOn the guarantee measures of the optimization process of A company's skill training system,this thesis combines human capital theory,learning organization theory and incentive theory,and puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the support theory of management for training,creating a learning organizational culture atmosphere,offering rewards and salary incentive opportunities for employees' skill training effect transformation,and improving the promotion mechanism of employees' workplace.
