| As an important driving force of China’s economic development,the construction industry has a pivotal position in the overall economic structure,but at the same time it also faces many challenges,the quality and efficiency of development does not match the scale of development,and the overall trend of large but not strong,large but not excellent is the challenge faced by the construction industry,and it is urgent to seek the road to development.And economic theory believes that technological innovation is an important support for development,and China’s construction industry is facing the pressure of transformation and development,and the requirements for the efficiency of technological innovation within its industry have increased significantly.Data envelopment analysis(DEA)is widely used in empirical studies to measure inputoutput efficiency,and it generates weights based on relative efficiency through a linear programming approach from the perspective of the most favorable evaluation of the decision unit.This paper establishes an evaluation system consistent with the technological innovation performance of listed companies in the construction industry by reading and organizing a large amount of literature,and collects and organizes the input and output data of listed companies in the construction industry for five years from 2017 to 2021,and analyzes the technological innovation of listed companies in the construction industry from both dynamic and static perspectives over five years with the help of DEA-BCC and DEAMalmquist models.In general,the pure technical efficiency of listed companies in the construction industry is excellent,but the scale efficiency is low;total factor productivity is in progress but the pure technical efficiency is in regression;the extremes in the industry are serious,most companies in the construction industry lack technical innovation efficiency,and there are large differences in the industry;the construction industry in central China is lagging behind in both pure technical innovation efficiency and scale efficiency,while the construction industry in northern China is The construction industry in North China is ahead of other regions in terms of pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency,followed by East China.Three data samples are selected as the cases of this paper,and the possible lack of technological innovation efficiency is analyzed by analyzing the input-output redundancy of individual efficiency,comparing individual efficiency with industry efficiency,and introducing extreme cases for comparison to provide effective countermeasure suggestions for improving the overall technological innovation efficiency of listed companies in the construction industry. |
