| Under the background of industrial transformation and green development,new energy vehicle,a strategic emerging industry,has established a certain first mover advantage and scale advantage with the strong support of national and governments.But with the development of new energy vehicle industry,the market competition is becoming more and more serious.If new energy vehicle enterprises want to form sustainable competitive advantage,they need to make breakthrough in key fields through technological innovation.As an important embodiment of technological innovation achievements of new energy vehicle enterprises,it is of great significance to conduct targeted research on technological innovation efficiency.Takeing Chongqing Changan Automobile Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as “Changan Automobile”)as the research object,the paper uses the three-stage DEA-Malmquist model to measure the static and dynamic technological innovation efficiency of Changan Automobile,uses Tobit regression model to explore the key factors affecting the technological innovation efficiency,and puts forward policy suggestions to improve the technological innovation efficiency of Changan Automobile.The specific conclusions are as follows:(1)The current situation of technological innovation of Changan Automobile is pointed out.The technological innovation of Changan Automobile mainly focuses on three fields: electric vehicle power unit,joint control and chemical energy conversion electric energy device.From 2013 to 2019,the R&D expenditure,technical personnel investment,fixed assets investment and patent application volume of Changan Automobile showed an upward trend,but the R&D investment intensity and technical personnel investment intensity were not high;The main business income shows a fluctuating trend of “rise decline rise”.(2)The evaluation index system of Changan Automobile technology innovation efficiency is established.Based on the in-depth analysis of the influencing factors of technological innovation efficiency,combined with the characteristics of Changan Automobile technological innovation,this paper selects input-output indicators and environmental variables to build the evaluation index system of Changan Automobile technological innovation efficiency.(3)The static and dynamic measurement of Changan Automobile technology innovation efficiency is realized.After the adjustment,the comprehensive technical efficiency and pure technical efficiency of Changan Automobile have increased,the scale efficiency has decreased,and the overall level is at a low level.Although the adjusted total factor productivity of Changan Automobile is higher than that before the adjustment,it still shows a downward trend during the research period,which is mainly affected by the technological retrogression.(4)The key factors affecting the efficiency of Changan Automobile technology innovation are pointed out.Through the establishment of Tobit regression model,it is found that employee quality,ownership concentration,enterprise scale and capital structure can significantly improve the technological innovation efficiency of Changan Automobile.(5)Put forward the countermeasures to improve the efficiency of Changan Automobile technology innovation.This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of increasing investment in technological innovation and R&D,strengthening the construction of talent team,improving the management level of enterprises,optimizing the ownership structure,appropriately expanding the scale of enterprises,implementing a relatively positive debt strategy,improving government subsidy policies,and expanding the degree of regional opening-up.The research aims to scientifically calculate the technological innovation efficiency of Changan Automobile,and explore the factors affecting the technological innovation efficiency of Changan Automobile,in order to improve the technological innovation efficiency of Changan Automobile and provide decision-making reference for the improvement of technological innovation efficiency of other new energy automobile enterprises.In this paper,there are twelve figures,twenty-two tables,one hundred and one references. |
