In 2021,the state proposed to build a major scientific and technological innovation platform and strengthen the R&D and manufacturing of high-end scientific research instruments and equipment in the 14th Five Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China and the Outline of Vision Goals for 2035.We will develop strategic emerging industries and accelerate and strengthen the new generation of information technology,biotechnology,new materials,new energy,new energy vehicles,green environmental protection and marine equipment,aerospace,high-end equipment and other industries.With the change of international situation in recent years,China has also accelerated the development process of high-end equipment manufacturing industry.In this process,a variety of factors have gradually exposed,affecting the development pace of the industry.The purpose of this paper is to explore what factors affect the scientific and technological innovation of China’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry.This paper uses the research method of combining theory with demonstration,combs the relevant literature,theory and development status of scientific and technological innovation in high-end equipment manufacturing industry,learns the experience and ideas of domestic and foreign scholars over the years,and provides a strong theoretical basis for research.This paper makes a statistical analysis on multiple data of China’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry and its six branches from 2011 to 2020,and clarifies the development status of this industry;the DEA model and malmquist index are used to conduct static and dynamic analysis on the scientific and technological innovation efficiency of the industry,and measure the stability of the innovation efficiency;the Tobit model is also used to conduct regression analysis on selected multiple influencing factors,so as to verify the impact of R&D investment on scientific and technological innovation of high-end equipment manufacturing industry.Based on this research conclusion,this paper also gives some suggestions on the development of scientific and technological innovation in China’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry.
