| The construction industry is an important pillar of China’s economic development,and water conservancy projects are an integral part of it,which provides strong support for the basic economic development of China and has irreplaceable importance.In recent years,with the country’s vigorous development of water conservancy construction,water conservancy construction enterprises have also ushered in new opportunities.At the same time as it continues to develop,China’s water conservancy construction industry still faces many problems and challenges.In this thesis,18 listed water conservancy and construction enterprises were selected as samples,and a DEA-Malmquist model was established to measure the data of the sample enterprises for the five-year period from2017 to 2021,and the analysis was carried out from both static and dynamic aspects.At the static level of analysis,the mean value of production efficiency was not optimal during the calculation period,and the contribution of pure technical efficiency to production efficiency was greater than that of scale efficiency,with most enterprises in the dynamic change stage of scale efficiency.From the dynamic analysis level,half of the enterprises’ total factor productivity is optimal,the average value of technical efficiency change and the average value of scale efficiency change are relatively objective,and the technical efficiency progress index needs to be improved.Enterprises should pay more attention to technology,optimize resource allocation,increase technological innovation,innovate production technology and cultivate technical talents. |
