| The equipment manufacturing industry is the pillar and basic industry of economic and social development.The highly developed equipment manufacturing industry is the basic condition for the realization of new industrialization and an important embodiment of the comprehensive national strength and technical level of a country.Liaoning Province is an important base of equipment manufacturing industry in China,but in recent years,the economic growth mode of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province is still in the extensive economy with additional investment of capital and manpower.Only by strengthening technological innovation can we solve the waste of resources and grasp the initiative in competition.Therefore,this paper takes the equipment manufacturing industry of Liaoning Province as the research object to calculate the value of technological innovation efficiency.At the same time,it combines the efficiency of technological innovation with the regression model.Finally,according to the research conclusion,it puts forward the policy suggestions to improve the technological innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province,which provides theoretical basis for the government to formulate policies.In this paper,firstly,the theoretical knowledge related to the efficiency and influencing factors of technological innovation in equipment manufacturing industry is described.Secondly,this paper describes the current situation of technological innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province from two aspects of technological innovation input and expenditure.From the basic situation of equipment manufacturing industry,the efficiency of technological innovation of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province is low,and the input and output of technological innovation resources can not reach a limited state.DEA Malmquist index method is used to measure and analyze the static and dynamic technological innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province from2013 to 2019.The static analysis shows that the technical innovation efficiency of each sub industry of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province is quite different,the resource allocation is unreasonable,and the efficiency of scale economy has not been played well.At the same time,from the perspective of technological innovation stage,the technical efficiency in the R & D stage is far less than that in the transformation stage,which indicates that there is still much room for improvement in the technical efficiency in the R & D stage.Dynamic analysis shows that the decline of technological innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province is caused by the decline of technological progress and low technical efficiency,but the scale efficiency basically remains effective,thus promoting the growth of technological innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry.Using Tobit regression analysis,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of technological innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province.From the regression results of influencing factors,enterprise scale,sales revenue of new products and government support policies have significant positive correlation with innovation efficiency,and the regression coefficient of labor quality is negative,and the impact on innovation efficiency is not significant.On this basis,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the technological innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province from the aspects of increasing investment in technological innovation funds,appropriately expanding the scale of enterprises,optimizing the quality of workers,implementing the strategy of innovation and development,and strengthening the cooperation of industry,University and research,so as to provide scientific basis for improving the technological innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province in the future. |
