As the pillar industry of our national economy,the development of manufacturing industry not only reflects the creativity and productivity of the country,but also is the response of comprehensive strength.The automobile industry is the benchmark industry of manufacturing industry and an indispensable and important part of national manufacturing industry.In order to further shorten the gap between China’s auto manufacturing industry and international advanced enterprises,many auto companies in China have made a lot of efforts in innovation and research and development,etc.In the context of Made in China 2025 and the strategy of automobile power requiring enterprises to innovate independently,measuring the innovation efficiency of automobile manufacturing enterprises,analyzing the key factors affecting and proposing improvement plans and measures will help optimize the innovation system of enterprises,help them further improve their innovation management,and then realize effective transformation and upgrading and sustainable development.Jiangling Motors is an independent brand enterprise in China,and the main business of Jiangling is the production and sales of commercial vehicles,SUVs and related components.This paper mainly takes the innovation activity data of Jiangling Automobile Company for the past 7 years,selects 12 A-share listed automobile vehicle manufacturing companies as reference samples,constructs an empirical model for evaluating the innovation efficiency of automobile enterprises,uses DEA tools to measure the innovation efficiency of Jiangling Automobile Company,and uses the BCC model to evaluate the current innovation efficiency performance of Jiangling Automobile Company from a static perspective,mainly including the comprehensive efficiency of technological innovation,pure The BCC model is used to evaluate the current innovation efficiency performance of Jiangling Motors from a static perspective,which mainly includes the overall efficiency of technological innovation,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency,and the Malmquist index is used to analyze the technical efficiency of Jiangling Motors and the automotive industry from a dynamic perspective and analyze the key factors affecting it.The results show that although the overall innovation efficiency of Jiangling Motors is lower than the industry level during 2015-2021,its innovation efficiency shows a rising trend year by year,and the company has problems such as unreasonable allocation of innovation investment,loss of innovation talents and product strategy layout to be optimized.Based on this,this paper puts forward suggestions for the development strategy of Jiangling Motors.First,improve the management level of technological innovation,improve the innovation decision-making mechanism,establish a reasonable and efficient innovation organization,and optimize its own corporate innovation culture.Second,optimize the allocation of innovation input resources,avoid redundancy of resources,and reasonably use policy resources.Third,improve the mechanism of talent development,cultivate innovative talents,and optimize the allocation of R&D staff.Fourth,optimize the strategic layout of products,optimize commercial and passenger vehicle models,enhance competition in the new energy vehicle business,optimize the brand culture,and establish the core competitiveness of the Jiangling Motors brand. |
