Technological Innovation Evaluation And Comparison On Auto-Industry Between China And Germany

In recent years,China's auto industry has a rapid development,production and sales have been ranked first in the world for eight consecutive years.However,the lack of core technology in some key areas,makes China's auto industry still in the "big but not strong" stage.Today,China's auto industry has an opportunity,improve technological innovation is particularly important.For the purpose of research on the current situation of China's auto technology innovation,to give some suggestion for the development of China's auto industry,this paper makes a comparative study on China's national enterprises,joint ventures and German automobile industry,and establishes the evaluation index system of technological innovation capability,which include technological innovation input and technological innovation output.By using Principal Component Analysis and Data Envelopment Analysis-Malmquist index,the SPSS and DEAP software were used to evaluate the technological innovation ability of the Chinese national enterprises,joint ventures and the German automobile industry.This paper found that China's national auto enterprises are increasing the investment of technological innovation,their patent output is acceptable,but they have a huge gap with Germany when it comes to export.Joint venture car companies pay more attention to new products,but the technical innovation investment is clearly inadequate.Based on the research results,this paper put forward some suggestions from three aspects:input,output and efficiency of technological innovation.In terms of innovation input,it is necessary to increase investment in industrial technological innovation and strengthen the investment and training of R&D personnel.Universities and training institutions should focus on personnel training,strengthen basic research and promote the overall technological level of the industry.In terms of innovation output,China's auto industry should attach importance to export,improve the new product development ability,accelerate the industrialization of scientific research.In terms of innovation efficiency,China's auto industry should improve the efficiency of resource allocation,promote the coordinated development of technological progress and technical efficiency,improve the collaborative innovation network,promote internal communication and collaboration,and improve the efficiency of scientific and technological achievements.
