Rural Construction Design From The Perspective Of "Pastoral Complex"

With the effective implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the rural industrial structure has also produced great changes.The traditional and single industrial economic model is gradually transforming into a new economic model of multi-industry integration and development,which is oriented to the "pastoral complex" multi-industry integration structure based on circular agriculture,mixed processing industry,tourism and leisure industry.Moreover,the corresponding rural architectural space demand is also an important part worth thinking about.The key point of how to combine the development needs of modern cities and rapidly adapt to the development of new urban functions has also attracted much attention.Under the current trend,the rural suburbs under the influence of the rapid development of the central urban areas have gradually collapsed the rural economy and cultural structure with the traditional nature,and the situation of population outflow and the prominent phenomenon of environmental failure are particularly serious.With the introduction and implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the guidance of measures,rural construction activities and practices,including the rural suburbs,have been rapidly heating up.However,there is a relative lack of targeted strategies,and the universal problems such as the lack of localism,the serious homogeneity and the weakening of sustainable ability in the practice renewal of suburban villages have caused profound reflection and heated discussion in the academic circle.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China once again made an in-depth discussion on the promotion of rural revitalization and in-depth deployment in all aspects.In this context,this paper takes Weimei Motan in the suburbs of Hefei as the research object,and carries out a study on rural construction design from the perspective of pastoral complex.Based on the general trend of rural construction and development,this paper summarizes the theoretical research of rural complex and rural construction at home and abroad,and introduces the concept of organic renewal and relevant theoretical tools of experience economy.The concept of organic compound acupuncture and moxibustion repairing rural landscape and compound diversity implantation coupling symbiosis function;Based on the analysis of relevant practices through data study,combined with the new development and new needs of rural construction in the new era,based on the perspective of "pastoral complex" under the integrated development of industries,this paper carries out an in-depth investigation and summary of the rural construction practice of Hefei’s rural construction,and selects the rural construction practice of Weimei Motan pastoral complex in the suburbs of Hefei.From the macro and micro background of the project and the village situation,the significance and key issues of the relationship between Weimei Motan and the garden complex are analyzed.The study of rural construction design principles and strategies from the perspective of "pastoral complex" is taken as the direction to study the functional positioning planning,overall architectural style shaping,design methods of internal key architectural groups,concept of landscape construction,material selection and regional characteristics of the construction of Weimei Motan pastoral complex.Carry out the research on the design method of matching the three elements of the garden complex(modern agricultural industry development area,leisure tourism area and garden community)with the agricultural sightseeing area,folk business district and homestay group in Weimei Motan,striving to achieve the close correlation between the rural construction of Weimei Motan and the study of the garden complex;Then explore the regional style,spatial layout,element extraction,facade composition and experience summary of material application of key buildings in various groups in Weimei Motan,and think about the difficulties in urban and suburban practice renewal and the deepening reasons.Its exploration in the discipline of architecture and the corresponding strategies put forward have beneficial reference value for similar rural practice activities in the suburbs of cities in the future,in the hope of bringing better sustainable development ideas and positive promotion for rural construction.Figure [86] table [11] reference[66]...
