The Design Strategy Of Old-age Care Building Based On The Rural Complex

Supporting the elderly is an important symbol of a better life for Chinese people,and the basis for achieving a better life is the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.In order to realize a better life in the new era,the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the idea of "healthy China" in an all-round way,facing the aging of the population with a positive attitude,promoting the combination of medical care and nursing,promoting the development of the cause of aging,and building a comprehensive social system of providing for the aged,respecting the aged and loving the aged.Rural complex is a community life form and business model promoting rural economic development and realizing the communication and interaction between rural and urban areas under the strategy of coordinated urban and rural development.It is a rural advanced version developed on the basis of rural characteristic towns and modern farms.It is a "agriculture + cultural tourism + real estate and community" complex formed through the exploration of the village’s own ecology,culture and resources,in the form of local and enterprise cooperation,comprehensive planning on a large scale in rural areas,the overall development and operation.Its content has been recognized by the world earlier,and it belongs to complex projects like "leisure agriculture","old-age care real estate" and "featured town".Its development model is a multi-industry development model integrating commercial real estate,rural tourism and ecological and circular agriculture.It has certain links in terms of industry and functionality,involving multiple fields such as rural revitalization,real estate,tourism and economic sharing.Starting from the project positioning,the rural complex itself has an aging market.Combining with old-age care real estate within the scope permitted by the policy,it can not only meet the different old-age care needs of urban and rural areas at the same time,but also properly solve some problems existing in the old-age care real estate,and promote the development and improvement of the old-age care industry.This paper takes the old-age building based on the pastoral complex as the research object,through the investigation and analysis of domestic and foreign related theories and real estate cases for the aged,combined with a large number of theoretical data,analyzes the combination of the pastoral complex and the old-age building and summarizes the way of integration,and finally puts forward the design strategy for the old-age building based on the pastoral complex.Through this analysis and research,the author tries to open up more application space for the combination of rural complex and old-age care,expand its extension,and explore new applicability in the current environment.
