Concept Cognition And Construction Strategy Of Rural ‘Small And Micro Pastoral Complex' In The South Region To Yangtze River

The Construction of the quality of human settlement in rural areas is an important symbol of China's decisive achievement.Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,agricultural rural areas have been promoted to the priority development status.Under the basic dimension of the Chinese context on small farmers in a big country,rural areas are disturbed by multiple forces generally,as the atomization of small farmers and the hyposynergia of ‘society,economy and environment'.The relevant research and the practice support are urgently necessary when the construction of the rural areas face the transformation and the challenge.The research focuses on the South Region to Yangtze River,which has the important influence and the demonstration effect on the strategy of the rural revitalization.In the view of the situation characteristics and the development demand of the rural construction in the South Region to Yangtze River,the construction concept of rural‘Small and Micro Pastoral Complex' is put forward according to the principle and the method of the synergetics.Through the four aspects of ‘clarify the demand of the problems-graspe the tools of the theory-build the cognition framework-raise the construction strategy",the technical route is gradually formed step by step.In order to reveal the dynamics mechanism of the evolution and the development in rural areas,the research discusses the synergistic relationship with rural ‘small and micro pastoral complex' in terms of ‘society,economy and environment'.Specifically,the research is carried out from five aspects:(1)Relevant theory interpretation and concept definition of rural construction.The research uses the principles and the methods of complex system and holistic thinking for reference,discusses the relationship between ‘society,economy and environment' in rural construction;uses the information control mechanism under the cybernetics to clarify the evolution characteristics of rural construction from junior to senior and from disorder to order;interprets the action method of the synergy evolution of the various elements in the rural areas according to the synergetics of self-organization and other-organization;extract ‘subject,industry and space' as the structures corresponding to the synergy demand of ‘society,economy and environment'.(2)Characteristics and demands
