| Belt conveyer is a kind of machine which uses friction as the main transmission form to transport materials.It has the advantages of large transportation capacity,low running resistance,low energy consumption,long transportation distance,long service life,and small impact on material integrity,low noise,high safety,is the most widely used industrial conveying system for continuous delivery of different bulk materials.They are also used for long distances of tens of kilometers due to low running resistance and simple structural design.The driving system is the belt conveyor power system.The motor drives the drum to rotate through the coupling device to realize power transmission.With the development of science and technology,the advantages of computer design make it more mature,has become the mainstream trend of belt conveyor type selection design.In this project,Solid Works is used as a Parametric design platform and VB is used as a development tool combined with SQL Server database,research and development of the belt conveyor drive machinery parametric design system,including calculation selection,three-dimensional modeling of parts and 2D engineering drawing transformation and database system three modules.Software calculation and selection part according to the "DTII(A)type belt conveyor design manual" to compute the required driving force and motor power,combined with the specific conditions to choose the appropriate driving machinery model,VB language as the development tool,through Alpine database access technology,the selection design calculation programming.Using Solid Works parametric design technology and standard database,a secondary development method combining program-driven and size-driven is adopted,enables 3D modeling of parts and conversion of drawings.Finally,the finite element analysis of the drive frame was carried out,the main analysis of the motor and reducer loading harmonic excitation load caused by fatigue damage on the drive device frame caused by the influence,when the excitation frequency of the motor is close to the natural frequency of the drive frame,the system will have resonance,resulting in impact load,and even affect the stability and safe operation of the system.The Parametric design system designed in this subject has strong human-computer interaction ability,high visualization degree and powerful functions.The powerful data storage and calling ability of SQL database make the design more suitable and appropriate,improve the belt conveyor drive machinery selection and design efficiency,and also have certain reference significance for the Parametric design of other parts.At the same time,the stress of the driving device frame is studied.This paper provides a theoretical basis for the selection and design of large belt conveyor drive device frame by improving the structure,increasing the low-order modal frequency and avoiding system resonance. |
