Belt conveyor is a kind of friction-driven mechanical that transports materials in a continuous manner.After years of development and application,it has become the important continuous conveying equipment,widely applied in the field of national economic construction.As the main frame of the belt conveyor,the design of the frame directly influences the working performance of belt conveyor.In order to improve the efficiency of rack design and comply with the trend of product design parameterization and intelligentization,this paper uses the computer aided technology,based on SolidWorks develop a set of parametric design,automatic assembly,automatic create engineering drawing and automatic analysis,and other functions into an organic whole frame of CAD/CAE system.The design platform of the system is SolidWorks software,the background database is Access,and the second development of SolidWorks is carried out through the object-oriented VB.NET language,so as to realize the development of the system.In this dissertation,we first studied and summarized the second development technology of SolidWorks,including the SolidWorks API and Simulation API object model and the specific functions of the API.On the basis of structure analysis,the system overall design and according to the function module partition,the Access database design,user interface development and ADO.NET database Access technology and related technology are studied.Secondly,the design technology of frame parameterization,automatic assembly technology and parametric engineering drawing technology are studied.The key technologies are summarized and relevant implementation procedures are written in the VB.NET language.In addition,also the realization of the secondary development of key research Simulation,including automatic setting material,automatically adds the constraint and load,the automatic mesh and mesh refinement,automatic analysis and the analysis results presented to the user,to balance the grid precision and computing time,create algorithm to automatically adjust the mesh size.Finally,we explore the key technology of plug-in development,including the development of the template preparation,plug-in registration and loading,menu design and create a callback function,pass to embed the development plug-in and SolidWorks,implement frame in a SolidWorks CAD/CAE integration design.
