Belt Conveyor Drive Roller Mechanical Analysis And Parametric Drawing

Belt conveyor is the main equipment of bulk material transportation, Belt-conveyor driving drum is the main part of Belt-conveyor system. Play the effect of driving belt running and change the belt running direction. The structure and properties of diving drum can affect Belt-conveyor running directly.This thesis analys a certain type conveyor's driving drum based on the software of ANSYS. The thesis introduces the finite element method's basic theory and the full process of its analysis, on the basis of the driving drum design theory, optimize the structure of the driving drum using the ANSYS computation results .The dissertation select the finite element method's application as the theme ,solve some problems in driving-roller's design ,this research works have full engineering values and potential economic benefit . As a part of the treatise, we research and development of the CAD parameterized drawing system of the belt conveyor's drum also . Visual Basic for Application language will use its interface data in this system . and how to implement the secondary development using Visual Basic ,this CAD system can drawing of corresponding part automatically and could shorten the design cycle driving drum design cost and the efficiency of working could be improve also.
