TBM machine has a wide range of applications such as coal mine,highway,railway,water conservancy,urban underground pipe gallery,the subway and so on.Continuous belt conveyor mating with TBM is an important unit to TBM and its hydraulic winding belt device plays an important role in its work.To meet the requirements of different lengths,continuous conveyor should continually winding and emit the belt in the process of work.So,it directly affects the working efficiency and automation level of TBM machine.Therefore,it has a great practical significant to carry out research on winding belt device.This article combine the need in projects of China Coal Research Institute Shanghai Company.Based on the contrast of all kinds of winding belt device,analysis the working principle and advantages and disadvantages,this article set the design goal as researching in hydraulic winding belt device.The following aspects are thoroughly researched.Based on the modeling function of AMESim software,the model of the hydraulic system is built,which including hoist cylinders system,motor system,steering cylinders system and so on.Analyzing the working principle of the hydraulic system and establishing the mathematical model of rotating hydraulic motor system,by mathematical calculation,the valve-controlled motor system transfer function are obtained.Then dynamic simulation was performed in AMESim.Anysis the curves of pump input and outlet flow and pressure,we can find whether the system is right.This article design the construction of the hydraulic winding belt device.In order to reduce design margins,device weight and save material,through finite element optimal design,a reasonable design parameters are obtained.The powerful finite element analysis features of ANSYS software are utilized for numerical analysis of the spindle strength.Pro-E is used to establish the main machnical parts of hydraulic winding belt device,including lifting beam,whirling stand and take-up shaft.After sevral times’practice,we can finally get the right design.
