| To ensure the safety of the high-speed railway and passenger absolutely,this is our political line and the bottom line.Hub passenger station is in the key position of railway network,which has the characteristics of large scale,complex operation and strong comprehensive service ability.The train operation of the hub passenger station has the characteristics of complex types,large cross interference,and many facilities and equipment.The operation of the hub passenger station has the characteristics of complex content and facilities,difficult management,and obvious safety risks affected by the development of the passenger transport industry.Research on the safety risks of the hub passenger station can better understand the railway safety risks,serve the passenger transport work well,and ensure the safety of people’s life and property.This paper is based on the characteristics and functions of hub passenger station,according to the safety risk management process,the system safety theory and method are used to put forward the safety risk identification and assessment method of hub passenger station.Taking a hub passenger station in southwest China as the research object,the dangerous and harmful factors affecting the railway safety of the station were identified,analyzed and evaluated.Establishes the operation risk control matrix model of the hub passenger station,determines the hazard affecting the driving safety of the hub passenger station,and uses the risk evaluation model for risk assessment,put forward risk prevention and control measures.Combined with the accident-causing theory and the actual safety management needs,the risk continuous control measures are proposed.The evaluation model of train operation risk matrix of hub passenger station determined in this paper can effectively support the improvement and promotion of safety risk management and control level of railway passenger transport process. |
