With the rapid development of China’s economy,the railway construction scale and technical standards of China are improving constantly.In the past decades,the railway of china has made great progress in speeding up,heavy load freight and railway informatization.It also puts forward new requirements for railway safety.The marshalling station is an important place for railway technical operation,and shunting operation is the core part of technical operation.According to the relevant statistics data,shunting accidents account for a high proportion of marshalling station accidents.The purpose of this paper is to identify the risk factors in shunting operation system and to classify and evaluate them.It has great significance to reduce the risk of shunting operation system,improve the operating efficiency of marshalling station and the safety of the overall railway transportation system.This paper takes shunting operation of marshalling station as the background,analyzes the structure and function of the marshalling station system,determines the hump shunting operation as the research object.Study the application of HAZOP theory in job risk analysis,and raise ideas to improve traditional HAZOP for job risk.The improvement mainly contain:replace traditional nodes with decomposition operation steps,re-select guide words according to the characteristics of the operation,and replace traditional process parameter descriptions with human behaviors or state descriptions of objects.Based on the characteristics of shunting operation risk factors and from the perspective of operational risk relevance,this paper summarizes and analyzes the related risk factors of personnel,equipment,environment and management in shunting operation respectively.After establishing the hump shunting accident as the research object,select WBS-RBS risk matrix method,identify the potential risk points in shunting operation by cross-coupling the horizontal axis and vertical axis into a matrix.Then use the improved HAZOP method to analyze the deviation of the key shunting operation steps and find out the risk events.Taking the identified risk events as the basic event of the fault tree,the fault tree analysis method is used to research the risk events qualitatively.Establish evaluation indexes of the occurrence probability of risk events and the severity of accident consequences,and form a risk matrix to classify and evaluate risk events.After the evaluation results are obtained,a targeted risk hierarchical control strategy is proposed.Finally,taking the Guangdong Longchuan north marshalling station as example,this paper makes an empirical study on the risk identification and risk evaluation model established above,provides theoretical basis for improving the safety of shunting operations,reducing accident rates and implementing risk classification management and control.
